my son and i, the blizzard that came after a sixty degree day...didn't know i was sick yet, and i'm glad for that, because if i did, we never would have this photo, which will last much longer than any sickness...

I am the author of Animal Rights and Pornography, a collection of short stories published by Soft Skull Press in September of last year. My short novels, Bloodletting and Fruits of Lebanon, will be available from Lit Pot press in March of this year. Incidentally, none of this is real. This is an exercise in creative writing. Even the me that writes it is imagined.
